We're committed to making it easier than ever to drive, park, and explore the tastes, sights, and experiences found only in downtown by increasing visitation and patronage in the city center. 

ParkDTO

Residents and visitors can enjoy FREE parking at on-street metered and non-metered spaces, via the ParkMobile app, and complimentary valet thanks to the ParkDTO Program. The purpose of the Park DTO is to encourage the retention of downtown businesses by increasing consumer spending and visitation in the area by improving parking accessibility by temporarily funding parking costs.  

Here's how it works:

  • Residents and visitors can take advantage of 2 hours of free parking at any on-street metered and non-metered spaces by using the ParkMobile app with the code ParkDTO. To spread the FREE parking love, the promotion code can be used up to eight times per ParkMobile account. 
  • Restaurants can apply to be a part of the valet parking component. A participating restaurant will simply use the customer's cell phone number to enter into the valet system. There are no valet stickers! Parking validations will be permitted for between the hours 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm.

For valet, what's an eligible business?

Any downtown restaurant within the Downtown Development Board Area with a valid City of Orlando Business Tax Receipt (BTR) is eligible to participate in the parking validation program.
