Out with the old, in with the new!

So, what does The Edge have to do with art? We're glad you asked! This 34-story tower is being developed where the Church Street Ballroom used to sit. Some of the bricks from the ballroom, along with metal from the gates, and those oh-so-beautiful arches are going to be repurposed for the CityArts Courtyard. The vision for the courtyard is to create a beautiful public space in downtown Orlando, which complements Orlando's oldest commercial structure, aka The Rogers Keine Building (39 S. Magnolia Ave.). This space will be used for diverse, inclusive, and creative arts engagement, as well as private gallery-related and specialty events. 

We look forward to checking out the new courtyard when it opens towards the end of this year.
