During Bite30, participating restaurants offer special prix fixe menus for a three-course dinner at a set price ($35 for dinner). This year Bite30 runs now through July 9. This is exciting as diners get the opportunity to try multiple dishes on the restaurant's menu for the cost of a single entree, meanwhile restaurants get to showcase their specialty dishes to the new customers trying out the Bite30 menu! Restaurants take careful consideration as to what dishes they include as it's the perfect way to bring in more customers on a regular basis, even after Bite30 is over.
