The day of friendship and romance is upon us! In celebration of Valentine’s Day, we’re highlighting places to visit and/or things to do. Whether you’re looking to celebrate with your significant other, friends or family, we’ve got your Valentine’s Day plans in downtown Orlando covered.  

Ride a Swan-Shaped Boat – A romantic ride on a paddle boat is a great way to spend some quality time with your loved ones. Pack a basket of goodies and head over to Lake Eola Park where you will find swan shaped paddle boats available for rent.  

Galentine’s Day Party at the Kitty Beautiful – Galentine’s Day is all about celebrating female friendship.  Join the Kitty Beautiful for a celebration of friendship with wine, chocolate, and cats.  

Thornton 2nd Thursday Wine and Art Walk – This wine and art stroll that takes place in Thornton Park District on the 2nd Thursday of the month. There will be 25 places to stop for a tasty libation along with art vendors, live music, DJ’s and lots of fun!  

Attend Valentine’s Masquerade Ball – The Floridabilt loves hosting Murder Mystery Nights! This Murder Mystery Night includes the murder mystery party, one drink of choice, and heavy appetizers.  

Tie the knot – The Orange County Clerk of Courts Office will perform special wedding ceremonies on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2020, at their downtown Orlando courthouse. For Valentine’s Day only, couples will receive a $50 dollar package which includes the wedding ceremony fee, a reserved appointment time in the newly renovated ceremony room, a commemorative certificate, and wedding photos on a flash drive to remember the important milestone. 

Cinderella – Dreams really do come true at Cinderella, presented by Orlando Ballet! You’ll have a ball with the riotous Stepsisters and the charming Fairy Godmother, as the infamous pumpkin turns into a dazzling carriage right before your eyes! Shows are on February 14-16 at the Dr.Phillip’s Center.  

The Great Escape – Gather your friends and spend your Valentine’s Day on a scavenger hunt and puzzle-solving. Everyone must work together to escape. Use the promo code 2020Cupid and save on each ticket!
