Last month, Mayor Dyer and other elected officials celebrated the grand opening of the first tenant in the SunTrust Plaza. SunTrust – now Truist Church Street Station Branch (333 S. Garland Ave.) is officially open to the public.
SunTrust Plaza is a 25-story development that will include eight stories of 180 hotel rooms, and seven stories with 206,500 square feet of office space, 8,200 square feet of ground floor retail and lobby space, and Class A office space. It will also include an integrated 10-story, 605-space parking garage.
