Interactive art installations POP! and Prismaphonik light up downtown

Last updated on November 21, 2024

Downtown Orlando is getting even more vibrant with the arrival of two interactive art installations: POP! by Gentilhomme and Prismaphonik by William Simard and Anthony Gagnon Boisvert. Brought to life by Quartier Des Spectacles International (QDSi), the team behind last year's Prismatica by RAW Design and LOOP by Olivier Girouard, Jonathan Villeneuve and Ottoblix, these exciting new experiences invite you to explore art in a whole new way.

At City Hall Plaza, POP! features five towering monoliths, each housing a creature that can be set free through your voice. Whether you talk, sing, or shout, your interaction brings these creatures to life in a dazzling display of lights and sound.

Over at Luminary Green Park, Prismaphonik brings music and color together through 12 glowing prisms. Each one represents a musician in an orchestra, playing different instruments and lighting up based on how many people are nearby.

These captivating installations are open daily from November 6, 2024, through January 5, 2025, with POP! running from 8 am - 11 pm and Prismaphonik running from 10 am to 10 pm. Don’t miss your chance to experience this interactive art—perfect for a daytime stroll or an evening out!

POP! by Gentilhomme, a production of Quartier des Spectacles Partnership in partnership with Jack World, and Prismaphonik by William Simard and Antony Gagnon Boisvert a production of Gestion Willart. Distribution by QDSinternational.
