New Housing in Creative Village - The Julian

Downtown Orlando is proud to welcome The Julian apartments, a market-rate, mixed-use community located within Creative Village. The Julian is 14-stories tall with 409 units and features 6,000 square feet of commercial space. The apartment complex is also the first market-rate apartment building within proximity to UCF Downtown and the Valencia College Downtown campus.

The Julian is just one of many innovative, high-quality development projects moving to Creative Village - an emerging innovation district located on 68-acres of vacant land previously home to the Amway Arena. Within the next two years, Creative Village will welcome EA Sports, as well as Modera Creative Village, an eight-story, 292-unit community, equating to more than $650 million in economic investment.
