New business alert

Last updated on February 05, 2024

We just recently welcomed these new businesses to our vibrant streets:

Eola Nails Skin Care Bar
Calling all our beauty lovers, our lives just got easier! Eola Nail Skin Care Bar has opened at 520 East Church Street #107.  Manis, pedis, waxing – you name it, they've got it. And it's not just your regular nail salon, they also offer skin care treatments like lash extensions and permanent make-up, all while providing a comforting yet luxurious experience.

Thanks to the Retail Stimulus Program, DTO’s looking fresher and fancier than ever. We provided funding for Eola Nail Skin Care Bar to open through the Retail Stimulus Program with $100,000 in eligible funding and are happy to support this exciting new business. (And we look good while doing it.)

Debonaire Supper Club
Experience an elevated contemporary comfort cuisine and cocktails, in the heart of downtown Orlando. Debonaire Supper Club has a carefully curated food menu by their duo executive chefs: Thomas Wilkinson and Alejandro Ocanto Uzacetegui. Check out this immersive dining experience next time you're in DTO!

Recently, the Orlando City Council approved amendments to the DTO Retail Program and DTO Restaurant Program to include franchises and new eligible tenant improvements. This addition encourages the expansion and recruitment of new retailers and restaurants that further establish downtown Orlando as a food and retail destination.

Orlando is already ranked as a Best Foodie City and Best Large US City for Starting a Small Business; these incentives further showcase the city's commitment to not only bringing retail and dining to DTO but providing opportunities for more entrepreneurs to expand and relocate their business in one of the fastest growing cities.
