Rachel is the Director of Corporate Affairs at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. In this role, she serves as a trusted advisor working closely with senior leadership to maintain relationships with key stakeholders within community and government entities across private and public sectors. She also oversees projects tied to organizational goals to ensure they meet the direction of the arts center’s strategic vision.
Moalli joined the Center in 2017 as a community engagement manager and was promoted to her current role in 2021. During the pandemic, she was one of the vital team members who brought the outdoor Frontyard Festival to downtown in late 2020.
In addition to her selection for the board, Rachel currently serves on the Board of the Downtown Orlando Partnership and is also a recent graduate of the Orlando Economic Partnership's Leadership Orlando Class 101.
