Introducing Westcourt, DTO’s newest epic entertainment hub
Last updated on May 06, 2024
Recently, the City of Orlando's Community Redevelopment Agency approved additional funding for Westcourt, an 8.5 acre proposed mixed-use project in downtown Orlando. This ambitious development has long been on the city's radar, reflecting our commitment to the continuous revitalization of both downtown Orlando and the Parramore area.
This mixed-use project will feature a 260-room full-service hotel with 16,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a 3,500-capacity live events venue, and a 270-unit high-rise residential tower including 10 attainable housing units. The development will also offer up to 300,000 sq ft of Class A office space, housing the new Orlando Magic headquarters. Additionally, there will be 125,000 sq. ft. of retail space, with 1,000 sq. ft. dedicated to local small businesses on tenant-friendly leases. Other amenities include a festival plaza and an integrated 1,140-stall parking garage to enhance public parking options.
As we look forward to seeing this vision come to life, Westcourt promises to be a game-changer for downtown Orlando. From economic revitalization to diverse amenities and housing options, this development embodies our aspirations for a brighter, more inclusive future.
Stay tuned for more updates as we embark on this exciting journey towards shaping Orlando's next iconic landmark!
