DTO Takes on ICSC Las Vegas 2024

ICSC, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities, is a global organization founded in 1957. With over 70,000 members spanning more than 100 countries, ICSC is a diverse community that includes shopping center owners, developers, marketers, investors, retailers, and academics, all united by a shared mission: to champion marketplaces and spaces as vital components of thriving communities and economies.   

We recently attended ICSC Las Vegas which drew over 35,000 attendees and featured approximately 1,000 exhibitors. Here, we shared about DTO’s $2 billion in total development investment and development opportunities to retailers. Bringing together industry trailblazers and innovators, the annual ICSC Las Vegas event was a hub of deal-making and transformative insights within the marketplace sector.
