The In-Between Series and PLA.Yoga Present Music and Yoga in the Alley

Join the In-Between Series and PLA.Yoga for Music and Yoga in the Alley! Enjoy an AcroYoga demonstration and a small class focusing on your Yoga asanas along with the 8 limbs of Yoga with a thoughtful live soundtrack.
 
"A Guitar Ensemble" and guest, Derek Dunn, will perform composed and improvised music before during and after the yoga class.
 
If you would like to participate in the class, bring an open mind, a full water bottle, and towel. You can also come as a spectator to enjoy the music.
