Ricardo Montaner

Ricardo Montaner es uno de los cantautores más reconocidos en todo el mundo de habla hispana. Los premios y reconocimientos son imparables en su carrera, y hoy, Montaner posee entre cientos de premios, decenas de discos Multiplatino, Platino y de Oro, por sus cuantiosas ventas de millones de álbumes; también Gaviota de Oro y Gaviota de Plata del Festival de Viña del Mar en Chile, así como la Antorcha de Plata, la Antorcha de Oro y la Gaviota. En noviembre de 2016, recibió durante una ceremonia en Las Vegas, un Latin GRAMMY® a la Excelencia.

En noviembre de 2021, ganó un Latin GRAMMY como Mejor Canción Tropical del Año. En enero de 2022, Montaner recibió otra nominación al PremioLo Nuestr por esta canción, junto a otras tres nominaciones, incluyendo Artista del Año. El 31 de julio de 2021, Montaner volvió a Altos de Chavón, esta vez junto a sus hijos Mau, Ricky, Evaluna, y también Camilo, en un concierto on streaming live para la historia, donde cantaron juntos por primera vez y rompieron récord de audiencia. En mayo de este año, lanzó su más reciente producción discográfica, Tango, la que llama “el álbum más sentido de mi carrera” y por la cual está nominado a un Latin Grammy®. 9 de noviembre, Disney Plus comenzó a transmitir la nueva serie Los Montaner, y el 10 de noviembre lanzó su nuevo su nuevo sencillo Te echo de menos.

Ricardo Montaner is one of the most acclaimed singer-songwriters in the Spanish-speaking world. Awards and recognitions have confirmed the brilliance of his career, and Montaner has, among hundreds of awards, dozens of Multiplatinum, Platinum and Gold albums for his multi-million albums sold; he also has the top awards from the Viña del Mar Festival in Chile, as well as the Silver Torch, the Golden Torch and the Gaviota. In November of 2016, he received the Latin GRAMMY® for Musical Excellence during a ceremony in Las Vegas.

In November of 2021, he won a Latin GRAMMY for Best Tropical Song of the Year. In January, 2022 Montaner received another Premio Lo Nuestro award nomination for this song, along with three other nominations, including Artist of the Year. On July 31, 2021, Montaner returned to Altos de Chavón, this time with his children Mau, Ricky, Evaluna, along with Camilo, in a live streamed concert for the ages, where they sang together for the first time and broke attendance records. In May of this year, he released his most recent album, Tango, which he calls “the most heartfelt album of my career” and for which he is nominated for a Latin Grammy. November 9th, Disney Plus started streaming the new series Los Montaner, and released his new single Te echo de menos on November 10th.
