Mo' Melanin Mo' Problems

Join Zuri, Chelsea, Kiara, Simone, Tammy and Titi as they face what they can’t erase. This stage play is sure to have you experience all of your emotions. Mo’ Melanin Mo’ Problems takes you into the lives of 5 young girls and women. These ladies have to deal with everyday situations that could also be plaguing us all especially, in the world we live in today. Zuri is just a kid but, she has to face her bullies head on and her friends are not the only things she will lose. Chelsea, is just a regular girl who just happens to be bi-racial and the new kid on the block and she soon realizes that Atlanta is not her home away from home. Kiara, is trying to live her best life in high school and be an all-around student but, will her friends become her frenemies? Simone, is a hard-working assistant who doesn’t really love herself but, little to her knowledge, she has a secret admirer. Will she finally find love? Tammy, well, she is successful to say the least. She runs her own production company and enjoys what she has worked for until one day,  when she is out with her girlfriends, things take a turn for the worse. Come along and journey with us, as these ladies give you a glimpse into the life of a brown skin girl. You don’t have to have melanin, to understand the skin they’re in.
