The Mid-Florida Milers Walking Club has promoted recreational walking for fun, fitness, and friendship for over 30 years. Enjoy the benefits of walking while exploring hidden gems and beautiful scenic trails. Our walks are open to all ages and fitness levels. Choose between a 5K (3.1 mi) or 10K (6.2 mi) walk, done at your own pace--we provide directions and a map. Register any time between 8:30-9:15 AM on the day of the walk. Suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. Leashed pets only. Please Bring Drinking Water. Start/Finish: Beardall Senior Center Parking Lot
