Lunch & Learn: A Recipe for Revenge

The Barber-Mizell Feud of 1870 marked one of the most significant episodes in Central Florida history. Set during the Reconstruction era, this clash between the influential Barber and Mizell families grew out of disputes over cattle, land, and authority, eventually culminating in a deadly conflict that gripped the region and left a long legacy.
