Echoes of Joy: Songs of Strength and Remembrance

Next date: Monday, April 14, 2025 | 07:30 PM

Echoes of Joy: Songs of Strength and Remembrance is a journey through the highs and lows of the human experience, exploring joy, hardship, resilience and hope.

The evening begins with a captivating collection of shorter choral works by the National Concert Chorus, conducted by renowned guest conductors Dr. Brandon Boyd (University of Missouri) and Dr. Andrew Minear (Orlando Sings). The second half opens with Orlando Sings followed by a moving performance of John Rutter’s Requiem by the National Masterwork Chorus & Orchestra, conducted by the distinguished Dr. Sandra Snow (Michigan State University).

Join us for this one-night-only performance that uplifts the spirit and honors the beauty of the human experience. A timeless meditation on remembrance and renewal, Requiem serves as both a tribute to those who came before us and a source of comfort for the living.
