CONFLICT: An Exhibition by Victor Bokas

Art is a powerful ally in the fight for social justice. It gives voice to the unheard and visibility to the marginalized. This understanding is central to the vision of the Global Peace Film Festival and the work of this year’s Florida-born fine-art painter and mixed-media artist, Victor Bokas.

“CONFLICT” features a series of prints which have been curated exclusively for the Global Peace Film Festival’s 20th anniversary celebration.

Individual artworks are packed with subliminal messages that make the viewer think more deeply about social global issues impacting today’s society including LGBTQ+, the COVID-19 Pandemic, Global Warming, Peace & Justice, Politics & Corruption, Censorship, and Gender Equity.
