A Gershwin Celebration

Step into a world of timeless melodies and captivating rhythms as UCF musicians pay tribute to George and Ira Gershwin. This special evening with UCF friends, faculty, and alumni who will bring the composers’ music to life.

The concert will feature Rhapsody in Blue to celebrate its 100th anniversary, The Cuban Overture (for four hands and percussion), and a set of iconic songs performed by guest artists Jeff “T-Bone” Gerard and Samantha Barnes Daniel ’04 ’07, as well as a swinging ensemble featuring musicians from the UCF faculty.
