Truist Building

This is phase 2 of the Church Street Plaza development. The new 32-story tower will include 2,500 square feet of ground floor retail, a flagship hotel with 209 hotel rooms, and a 60,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space. Church Street Plaza Phase 2 will also feature 19 residential units that could also be turned into hotel rooms, 210,500 square feet of office space, and an integrated SunRail station.
