As phase two of the Church Street Plaza development, this new 34-story tower will include 2,500 sq. ft. of ground floor retail, direct connection to Bumby Arcade Food Hall, a 209-room flagship hotel and a 60,000 sq. ft. ballroom and meeting space. The project will also feature 19 residential units that could be converted into hotel rooms, approximately 210,500 sq. ft. of office space, a 350 plus car parking garage, and an integrated SunRail station.
