Ridley on Main

Ridley on Main is a luxury apartment project that sits on 4.7 acres of land adjacent to the Delaney Park neighborhood. It contains 375 units that are split between two, six-story buildings that sit over retail and a parking podium. A 24,000 sq. ft. grocery space anchors the project, in addition to another 7,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space at street level. Parking is comprised of both podium and pre-cast decks and offers 602 spaces for both retail and residents.
