Parramore Housing

Mayor Dyer and the Orlando City Council have made a commitment to bring quality and affordable housing options to the Parramore neighborhood. To achieve this, the city has developed a multi-pronged approach that includes multi-family developments, infill single family development, and exploring changes to design standards. The city is seeking to build at least 15 new homes that would be a minimum of 3 bed/2 bath and 1,300 square feet of living area. The CRA will include multi-year home warranties at sale to cover certain home systems and appliances.
