UnionWest at Creative Village is a $105 million mixed-use tower that houses 640 student housing beds and includes 105,000 sq. ft. of academic space for UCF Downtown and the Valencia College Downtown Campus. UnionWest was home to Valencia's 55,000 sq. ft. Walt Disney World Center for Culinary Arts and Hospitality. The development includes a 600-space parking garage and ground-floor retail tenants such as Qdoba Mexican Eats, Vera Asian, Subway, Dunkin', and Addition Financial. UnionWest at Creative Village is co-developed by Ustler Development, Inc. and DEVEN and represents one of the largest privately financed buildings in the history of downtown Orlando.
